Before you book

Do I need to prepare anything before the call?

No preparation required. It helps to have a rough sense of your employee headcount and current benefits setup, but we will ask the right questions to get there either way.

Who will I be speaking with?

You will speak directly with our founder. Every discovery call is founder-led, no handoffs.

What happens after the call?

If there is a potential fit, we will ask for your employee census. Then we come back with a custom proposal built around your actual workforce composition.

Do you work with companies outside Phoenix?

Virage's clinical network is currently focused on the Phoenix metro area. If your employees are primarily based in the Valley, we are likely a good fit. If you have a significant number of employees outside Arizona, reach out anyway and we can talk through what makes sense.

Do we need to replace our current insurance?

No. Virage pairs alongside your existing benefits. Most employers pair it with a high-deductible health plan for major medical coverage, but the discovery call is the right place to work through what that looks like for your specific situation.

How many employees do we need?

Virage is designed for employers with 50 to 500 employees in the Phoenix area. If you are outside that range, reach out anyway and we will let you know if there is a path forward.
